Dial indicator with magnetic base has dozens of uses in race car shop. A necessity when degreeing a camshaft, checking crankshaft end play, deck heights, dome heights, transmission end play or ring and pinion back lash. Magnetic base may be mounted virtually anywhere, due to its universal design. Shockproof dial indicator has 1" of travel in .001" increments.
