Shipping & Returns
NOTICE - UPDATED and STILL IN EFFECT:
- SHIPPING - we are shipping and processing online orders as usual. Please allow extra time, however due to increased volume in the entire shipping system, the normal shipping "in transit" time will take longer and the shipping companies are not offering any guarantees on shipping times.
Important: We only ship orders in the United States (48 states). We do not ship international orders!
SHIPPING SPECIAL - ONLINE STORE ORDERS ONLY: We are offering a Shipping Promotion - FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100. Ground Shipping Only - No Promotion or Coupon Code Needed. There are some exceptions for some oversized or special shipping requirement items, in most cases these items will have a Fixed Shipping Price for Ground Shipping which is Discounted at a very reasonable Price.
When you check out and are given Shipping Options - If your order qualifies for Free Shipping if you select Free Shipping your order will be shipped by a Ground Service.
If your order qualifies for Free Shipping but you have some items with a Fixed Shipping Price, the Shipping Price is only for the items that have shipping charges, the other items are shipping Free.
Most orders will be shipped with 1 to 2 days depending on the time of day the order is placed or if placed on a weekend or holiday it may be delayed a little longer. We stock many of the items in our online store or we may have some items drop shipped to you, but this usually only takes a day or 2 longer. If we are out of something or if an item is not available we will notify you as soon as possible, after we receive your order.
Orders do not ship out on Saturday or Sunday or some Major Holidays. Orders are not delivered on Saturday or Sunday, so if you choose Next Day Air on a Friday you will not receive your order on Saturday. It will be the following week depending on the time of day you placed your order.
Shipping calculations: If the freight on your order is incorrect, we will credit you if it is too high or adjust if it is too low. The shipping is based upon weight and the location of where your order is being shipped. Sometimes the shipping calculator can come up too high with multiple items or if there was an error in weight. If shipping seems unreasonable, please be assured we will credit you if it was calculated incorrectly and we reserve the right to adjust higher if it came out too low.
We usually ship UPS but we may use Fedex or USPS also.

IF your return is ACCEPTED you will be charged a 20% or higher restocking fee & $5.00 return fee! You are responsible for paying the freight for your return for credit.
